Hey, all you writers!
We're looking ahead to December and January for the short fiction for the Crime and Suspense ezine, so we have put out the call again.
December's theme is "Dying in a Winter Wonderland". We are looking for imaginative crime, mystery and suspense stories that are tied to the holidays in some way (doesn't matter which wintertime holiday you follow: Hannukah, Kwanzaa, Christmas, Saturnalia... the list is open. Just make sure that whatever holiday IS involved is a prominent part of the story.
January's theme is "Icy Fingers". For January, we would like to have stories that relate to cold temperatures. That means in wintertime, in a freezer, in the Arctic, whatever. The choice is yours, as long as cold temperatures are prominent in the story somehow.
Again, thank you for reading this, and if you are not a subscriber to Crime and suspense, take a look at the website. You can join there. The submission Guidelines can be found there, as well.
